Seriously, where did I come from?

On the occasion of my 30th birthday and the fact that Alison posted this photo on her blog yesterday, I've got to re-visit the question of whether I was switched at birth. Mum, I know that you hate it when I say stuff like this, but I'm like the Danny DeVito to Alison's Arnold in Twins in this photo.

How come Mum and Dad gave birth to two blonde haired and blue eyed kids and then managed to give birth to this grubby and dark little child? :) No wonder why they asked the doctor if they had accidentally been given an Indian couple's baby when they first met me!

Hopefully, I look a bit more like Mum and Dad now (even though I just asked Katie, my office mate, whether I looked like my parents and she emphatically said no!, so who knows?).
