I have done various colon cleanses before and was just thinking that I needed to do one when I saw a link to this Colon Cleansing Kit by Blessed Herbs in the side bar of my gmail. Damn, the results of this cleanse are amazing! Amazingly gross, but at the same time, amazingly wonderful to get all of the crap (and I mean that literally) out of your body. I love it that customers send in their own photos of their crazy looking poo!
I'd be curious to do this cleanse, but don't see anytime soon when I would be able to go on a 5-day juice only cleanse.

One of the benefits of living in the third world is that you get free colon cleansing bugs from time to time and my poop never looked like that. Are there actual studies on their herbal remedies or did they just find some weeds on their lawn that make you poop like that? sean
