Give Me a 1! Give Me a 6! Give Me a 7! What does that spell?

Yes, I lost 1.4 lbs this week and am now weighing in at an ever increasing healthy weight of 167. I'm not sure exactly what my lowest weight was last year when I was on WW, but I think it was around 165.

So I'm on the brink of being at my lowest weight again in years, and I do mean years. Until I started WW last year, I hadn't stepped on the scales or kept track of my weight for a long time. For some reason, the only number I have in my head that I can remember is being in either the 140s or 150s in 1996. At that point in my life, I thought I was a whale and stopped wearing shorts after seeing my ass on video, but it wasn't until 1997-1998 that I really started putting on more weight that went into high gear when I began dating Carlo in 2000. I got up to a size 18/20 at the height of my fatness and was only able to shop at Lane Bryant because nothing else fit me. Now I fit easily into a size 12 at any store and it feels great!

I feel like I'm finally getting my eating under control and know that if I'm good during the week, I can splurge
a bit on the weekends without too many repercussions. However, Thanksgiving is in a week and I can easily get sidetracked, especially since we will be in Texas with all of my family. I just need to make sure that I bring exercise clothes and do something everyday while I'm in Arlington to help mitigate all the food and booze I'm sure I will partaking in. I would like to be hovering around the 160-mark or into the 150s as 2008 begins.

Edit: So I looked at my WW weigh in books last night and my lowest weight was 165.4 lbs on October 14, 2006. I hit that weight and then gained 4 lbs the following week to only ever get back down to 167 or so before I quit WW. Only 1.4 lbs to go ;)
