Someone at work sent me this photo today. He thinks this looks delicious. I'm not so sure.
A couple of months ago, Carlo and I were at an event in Vegas and there was a Vosges Haut-Chocolate stand that was handing out a strip of bacon on a skewer with a caramel chocolate on the bottom. I had to try one because the combo was so bizarre. The taste was okay, but I prefer my bacon and chocolate on separate plates :)
If you want to try this combo, Vosges just came out with a new chocolate bar featuring this "flavor profile": Mo's Bacon Bar. While I can't vouch for it tasting good or not, I do know that Vosges makes some other killer chocolate bars.

gross. and i normally love vosges chocolate! i think i saw the bacon flavor one at central market a little while back and gasped at the horror of it.
btw, LOVE the ali/alex-headed photo you did! when this baby's out of me, it's Operation Ali. and it can't come too soon because i gained a whopping 12 pounds last month. how does that happen?!
I do like bacon...and chocolate. I'm intrigued.
